– Corn on the cob
– Cotija cheese
– Squeeze butter
1. Place corn on the cob in large pot of boiling water and cook 7-10 minutes until tender.
2. Drain corn and cool for 3-5 minutes.
3. Use a spatula to cover the corn in mayo.
4. Sprinkle with cotija cheese.
5. Slice off kernels.
6. Add more cheese.
7. Squeeze butter on top.
8. Mix and enjoy!
