Easy Peasy Recipes: Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe is simple, quick, and inexpensive, and will please even picky eaters.

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups frozen mixed veggies
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Chop chicken and place in the bottom of a deep casserole dish or pie pan. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry season if it is not already seasoned.
Top with frozen veggies and can of soup, and mix together.
In separate bowl, mix together Bisquick mix, milk, and egg, then pour over top of other ingredients. Do not mix them all together.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
