Easy Peasy Cookbook Recipe: Sausage Gravy by Joanna Gaines

I made a few small changes: I cut the recipe in half (that’s still a lot of gravy!) and I prefer to cook my flour into the meat rather than just the grease.

It’s good either way! I recommend serving them on top of Anthony Bourdain’s buttermilk biscuits.
