Tax Forms for Filing Year 2023

Illinois forms should be available by January 29, 2024.

The IRS does not send libraries as many forms as they did in the past. The library will be receiving federal Form 1040 and Form 1040-SR (an alternative to the 1040 for seniors ages 65+). Additional forms are available online at the links below, or you can request to have them mailed to you.
